When I cancel my Virgin Media contract, can I keep my phone number?

Even if you decide to cancel your Virgin Media contract, you can still keep your mobile number.

Your new operator will normally take care of transferring your telephone number. To do this, you need to collect your porting authorisation code (PAC) and pass it on to your new operator. Without this information, you will not be able to keep your number once the termination has been processed.

How do I keep Virgin's email service after I have terminated my subscription?

Cancelling your Virgin Media subscription does not stop your Virgin Media email instantly. You have 90 days to continue using your mailbox. This allows you to save your contacts, emails and all your documents.

Please note that once this period has passed, you will no longer have access to your Virgin email.

    - the costs of your last month's subscription

    And if your account is in credit, Virgin Media services have 45 days to pay you the amount due.
